Starfish and blue

 I have been hoarding these London Blue Topaz nuggets for about 3 years I suppose, couldn't bear to use them , hurt me not to use so I took a deep breath ..
.
 I hope I did these stones justice ~ whens stones are this fabulous you have to create almost around the stone but it didn't work like that.  The starfish were cut out first ~ I'm not sure what I was going to do with them until after they were done ~ but I love them

I've just popped them into my shop now

    Without a doubt, you have given those beautiful topaz nuggets the perfect home, Jo! These earrings are sensational ;-)

    I'm notorious for hoarding my most favourite gems. I'm trying to get over it. I keep telling myself that beautiful gems are all the more beautiful when they are worn and loved and enjoyed, rather than hidden away in my stash :-)
